Hi, I'm Derek, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a member of the leadership team at Aspire Wealth Group. As the Director of Wealth Services, I collaborate with our Wealth Advisors on the team to conduct product training, evaluate new planning strategies, and implement ongoing client service initiatives. I work directly with clients and take immense pride in helping them build financial security, all while forming strong, lasting relationships.

I’m a 2013 graduate of Messiah College where I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Sports Management. I hold Series 7, 66, and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses. I have also earned the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations.

Outside of the office, I strive to engage in the local Pittsburgh community. One organization I actively participate in is Urban Impact, located in downtown Pittsburgh. I coach within their baseball program, leading young players in their growth and development both on and off the field. Additionally, I serve as a student ministry leader at my local church. I love the outdoors and am always seeking new places to hike. I highly recommend Mt. Washington in New Hampshire, the highest peak in the Northeastern United States.
